Our Mission

Javonna Smith provides strategic legal counsel to businesses, community associations, and individuals. With a background rooted in advocacy, Attorney Smith is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal matters through thoughtful guidance, strong representation, and practical solutions.

Before co-founding WBS Legal Group, Attorney Smith advocated for workers facing employment challenges, served as an Assistant Public Defender, and represented clients in family law and civil matters. These experiences strengthened her skills in litigation, negotiation, and client counseling while shaping her commitment to protecting the interests of those she serves.

Attorney Smith’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights, judgment enforcement, contracts, regulatory matters, and civil legal issues. She earned her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Southern University. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Shaugnassy Williams-Bryant advises businesses, community associations, and individuals on matters involving compliance, governance, and risk management. She is dedicated to providing proactive legal strategies that help clients protect their interests and make informed decisions.

Before co-founding WBS Legal Group, Attorney Williams-Bryant represented condominium and homeowners’ associations and gained experience handling community association matters, family law, and civil legal issues. She has also dedicated time to serving families through pro bono estate planning services, assisting individuals with wills and trusts to help protect their loved ones and preserve their legacies.

Attorney Williams-Bryant earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she graduated in the top of her class, and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Florida State University. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
